Made-to-order means that your selected design will be created in a standard size from our size chart. After ordering your size from the size chart and the payment is complete, we will start creating your order. After your gown is created, we will ship it immediately to your provided address.

Handmade gowns and other items by INGRIÐ LOVE are made to order and may take up to 4 months to be completed. If you’d like to receive your custom gown or any other item sooner, we offer a rush service for an additional charge. Please get in touch for more information at hello@ingrid.love and we will do our best to help you.

If a dress is sold out, it is most likely because we currently do not have a specific fabric or lace available. If you really love the design of a certain dress, please get in touch. It might be possible to create it with different fabrics/embroidery.

We know how important the design process is and we make sure that we make it our top priority. We promise to give you the best design out there that is as similar as it could be to the design that you love.

Your gown is delicate, so we recommend storing it in a cool, clean, and dry place.

After your wedding, we recommend that you use a dry cleaner who specializes in wedding gowns. Please make sure that the company is experienced with dry cleaning hand-embroidered gowns.

Visit our SALE SAMPLE section where you can find some of the unique sample dresses or limited edition gowns with a special discount. These gowns are very limited or the last production models.

For any other INGRIÐ LOVE products that are made-to-order, we do not offer markdowns or discounts.

Yes, we ship within the EU and Worldwide. Orders of 500 EUR or more will receive free shipping. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any import taxes, fees, and customs.

Complimentary shipping is free on orders above 500 Eur. The final shipping fee for orders below 500 Eur will appear in your shopping cart before you check out.

Our sizes are exclusive to us and you'll find them on the product pages. You will need to measure your hips, waist, and bust in centimeters/inches before clicking 'Size Guide'. If you find yourself in-between sizes, purchase the size that best suits your largest measurement and then have an alteration to achieve the perfect fit.

We always recommend that you take your measurements before ordering to make sure you are fully aware of the type of size that will be most appropriate.

Should your body measurements not fall neatly into one category, we suggest you buy one size bigger or simply choose made-to-measure services.

Made-to-measure services costs more, but this ensures that your gown will be tailored to your exact body measurements. Read more about made-to-measure here.

Please keep in mind that most people will need minor adjustments after purchasing their made-to-order gown. This is to be expected since no two bodies are exactly the same. You may still want to budget for additional alterations when receiving the gown.

It is best to use a soft measuring tape in either centimeters or inches.

FOR THE GOWNS/DRESSES

BUST Wrap the measuring tape around your chest, lining the tape up so that it meets across your nipples or the center of your breasts.

WAIST Wrap the tape measure around the smallest part of your waist.

HIP Wrap the measuring tape around your hips, circling them at their widest point, which is typically the top of your buttocks.

FOR THE GLOVES

Measure around the widest part of your hand, excluding the thumb.

Yes, we can create a made-to-measure. Made-to-measure means that your selected design will be created in a custom size to fit your unique body shape. Custom size means that we will create the new patterns only for your body shape to fit it perfectly. We will send you a size chart to fill out for us, along with a guide on how to measure yourself and let us know if you would like personal embroidery customization for your selected gown.

Please note: the shipping time for made-to-measure orders starts when we receive your completed measurement guide and, if needed, your personal customization embroidery approval. After receiving your measurements, we will start creating your order and we will ship it immediately after the gown is finished to your provided address.

You can have personal embroideries customization on a gown with handcrafted embroideries. For example: The Chiara gown has silver sequins and beads embroidered on it, so we could have your Chiara gown embroidered in gold, gold and silver, or any other combination depending on your type and style and design possibilities to the gown.

You will just need to send us photos of you and your wedding location so our stylist can do their best to offer you the most beautiful embroidery styling.

Embroidery customizations are available for the following items: Chiara gown, Leone blazer dress, Bianca blazer dress, Ambra blazer dress, Noemi Blazer dress, Eva gown, Lia gown, Maddalena gown and the Alane gown.

If you would like to add or change some embroidery colors in a different gown or blazer, please contact us before you make the payment.
