Sizes

We believe in sustainability by limiting our production to only made-to-order wedding dresses. All designs are tested multiple times during the designing process to assure the best possible result for you. Our design team has put a lot of effort, love, care, and attention into these designs.

Our sizes are exclusive to us and you'll find them on the product pages. You will need to measure your hips, waist, and bust in centimeters before clicking 'Size Guide'. If you find yourself in-between sizes, purchase the size that best suits your largest measurement and then have an alteration to achieve the perfect fit.

Measurements

We always recommend that you take your measurements before ordering to make sure you are fully aware of the type of size that will be most appropriate.

Split Sizes

Should your body measurements not fall neatly into one category, we can help you choose a size with our size split customization option.

The split customization option costs an extra fee but this ensures that your gown will be tailored closer to your unique body measurements.

Please keep in mind that most people will need minor adjustments after purchasing their gown. This is to be expected since no two bodies are exactly the same. You may still want to budget for additional alterations when receiving the gown.

Please comply with the following conditions if you wish to return the purchased items:

  • The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging.
  • The product must be undamaged.
  • The item must be unused, i.e., without losing its original appearance (labels intact, embroidered logo intact, item unwashed). (This clause does not apply when a defective product is returned).
  • The returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it.
  • The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the stipulated procedure for returning the goods.
  • In the event that the wrong product and/or low-quality product is returned, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.
  • In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Seller undertakes to return the amount paid to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.

Shipping in Lithuania is free (we do not ship free to Kuršių Neriją, contact us for a calculated price if you would like us to ship to this location).

EU or international orders: Please note that customers are responsible for all import fees, taxes, duties, and customs associated with their purchase. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Returns: You have the right to return your item within 14 days of purchase. The buyer needs to arrange the return of the item and cover the costs of the return.

Customers are also responsible for any shipping charges or losses related to orders delivered to the wrong address. Please enter the shipping information accurately to avoid these potential consequences.

Shipping:

Shipping in Lithuania: All Resort dresses items are in stock and ready to be shipped. Please allow 3-5 working days for order processing and shipping.

In Lithuania, your order will be shipped with Omniva or Lp Express courier.

EU orders are sent either via DPD, DHL, UPS, or other courier companies depending on your country, and may take 5-10 business days to arrive. You will get a sent confirmation with the selected courier company.

Worldwide orders are sent either via DHL or UPS depending on your country and may take 5-15 business days to arrive. You are responsible for all import fees, taxes, duties, and customs. Please get in touch with your country's customs office for more information."

Placing an order

When purchasing a made-to-order product, your payment must be finalized before we can proceed with your order. Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to receive a refund.

Time frame

All our gowns are designed and made in Europe. Each gown is made-to-order, which means it takes 4 months of production lead time.

Rush Order

We offer a rush order service if the fabric is available and there is room in our schedule. A rush order service will come at an additional cost, so please contact us for more information about availability at hello@ingrid.love

Shipping

Please make sure that you allow enough time for the shipment of your dress.

Your wedding gown will be shipped immediately after it is finished. It can take up to 4 months for us to get your gown ready. If you need it sooner, please contact us for a rush order.

No refunds and returns for made-to-order items

We pride ourselves on creating made-to-order, high-quality dresses. Each garment goes through a rigorous inspection process to ensure quality before being sent to our customers. Because of that, returns are not accepted in any circumstance other than when the product is faulty.

If you notice any problems with the product within 48 hours of receiving it, please send an email with details & proof (images or video) so that we can investigate it further.

If you received an item in good condition and it became damaged by accident, normal wear and tear, or misuse, we, unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for this.

Color Variations

We have done our best to show the true texture and color of our products.

Fabric and embroidery textures and colors can be viewed differently by each viewer. They may vary slightly during our editing process. The color of the product images may vary depending on your device screen. We can't guarantee that textures and colors will look how they were shown on your device screen.

Please note there can be minor differences in all hand-embroidered gowns, such as slight variation in color/shape of decor elements.

Unique, Handmade Nature

The process of creating and crafting each of our garments is special and, as such, imperfections and variations in color may occur. It is normal for there to be small differences between the colors in specified areas due to fabric, sewing or finish changes that might appear with time and regular use. These small differences are not considered as faults. It is consistent with the quality of handmade items. INGRID LOVE is not responsible for minor damages and flaws that are considered normal in handmade products
